Read the policy
the way a lawyer would.
Benjamin Isik spent years practicing law before becoming a GEICO Exclusive Agent. He brings the same habit to every policy he writes: read the fine print first, explain it in plain language second, and never leave a client guessing what they're actually covered for.

Before the policy,
he read the contract.
Benjamin Isik practiced law before he sold a single policy. That background shows up in how he works now — 18-plus yearsin the insurance business, most of it spent doing what a good attorney does by habit: reading every clause, asking what a client actually needs before recommending anything, and saying plainly when a cheaper option isn't the better one.
He runs an independently owned and operated GEICO Exclusive Agency — Grace Bay, LLC — out of Nanuet, in Rockland County, New York. In January 2025, GEICO named his agency Exclusive Agency of the Month. He is also active in local charities and community events around Rockland County.

Every line,
read closely.
The domain name says car insurance — that's what people search for. But the office writes every personal line GEICO offers, and each one earns its place in Rockland County.
Auto
Route 59 runs right past the office door, and most of Rockland runs on it — to the Palisades Center in West Nyack, onto the Palisades Interstate Parkway toward the GWB, or over the Gov. Mario M. Cuomo Bridge into Westchester. A NY policy that follows a NJ or NYC commute is the default case here, not the exception.
Home
From New City and Pearl River colonials to homes near Lake DeForest in Congers and Valley Cottage — Rockland is a county of homeowners. A homeowners policy deserves the same clause-by-clause read as any contract on a house this expensive.
Renters
The apartment complexes along the Route 59 corridor through Nanuet and Spring Valley hold a lot of first leases. A landlord's policy covers the building — a renters policy is the part that covers you, usually for less than a month of parking.
Condo
Hudson-front condos in Nyack and Piermont split responsibility between the association's master policy and yours. Knowing exactly where that line sits is fine-print work — which is the specialty of the house.
Motorcycle & ATV
Seven Lakes Drive through Harriman State Park and the climb to Bear Mountain are some of the best riding in the Northeast, and they start minutes from Nanuet. Seasonal machines need coverage written for how — and when — they're actually ridden.
Boat
Haverstraw Bay is the widest reach of the Hudson, and its marinas are twenty minutes from the office. Boats that winter on a trailer and summer on the river need a policy that understands both halves of the year.
Something else on the docket?
The GEICO portfolio goes beyond these six lines. Call (845) 215-6090 and ask — in English or Spanish — and get a straight answer about whether it can be written here.
One agent.
Four states.
Most local agents stop at a state line. Benjamin Isik is licensed across the tri-state area and Pennsylvania — so if your policy needs to follow you to a new address, it already can. The legal minimums aren't even the same from one side of a bridge to the other.
What New York drivers
actually pay.
The record shows New York among the most expensive states in the country to insure a car — which is precisely why the policy deserves a careful read before you sign it, not after a claim.

Reads the fine print.
Years of legal practice before insurance means policies get reviewed clause by clause — not skimmed for a quote.
